PSN taking Stepping Stones to Success
Maggie Braid Associates is working with global oil services company PSN, Production Services Network, to deliver its ‘Stepping Stones to Success' development programme.
The programme has been created for PSN construction supervisors working on various projects throughout the UK; and follows on from the successful delivery of a similar course in Kazakhstan in June.
60 PSN supervisors will undertake the programme which is linked to the Foundation level of the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) Supervisory Manager Training and Development (SMTD).
A larger in-depth programme ‘Building on the Best' will be launched at a later date for selected supervisors.
