Our MBA team has many years experience in conducting all types of audits of competence assurance systems globally, including:

Our company is itself subject to a number of regular audits by external regulatory authorities, which has enabled us to gain a unique perspective when conducting competence assurance system audits. We are able to ‘see things from both sides'.
The approach we apply is to conduct a robust audit based on an open, friendly approach, which enables us to gain people's co-operation. This co-operation, combined with the fact that we know exactly what we are looking at, enables us to identify actual and potential areas of concern, even though the procedures and systems may indicate otherwise.
We believe as auditors that our function is not just to ensure compliance by simply measuring a system against a given set of criteria. Wherever possible, we also set out to use our practical experience to identify good practice and how this can be built upon to enhance the existing competence assurance system.
